Mr Lynch is a highly experienced international company director and chief executive, with a strong background in mining and mining-related businesses across Australia, Asia and North America and a proven track record in advancing shareholder value. He developed Sayona Mining Ltd (ASX: SYA) into a multi-billion U.S. critical metals giant through the acquisition and restart of North American Lithium.
Jarek has over 25 years of experience in financial & secretarial roles in the mining sector.
Craig Lindsay has over 30 years of experience in M&A and corporate development. He has led four companies from start-up to successful sale, including the development & sale of Otis Gold Corp to Excellon Resources Inc (TSX:EXN).
Craig is the director of numerous public companies and holds a BComm (UBC) & MBA.
Steve Rieber is an experienced operations executive serving as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 20 years of progressive leadership across construction, business consulting, and organizational development. He has directed operations on residential developments valued in excess of $1 billion and helped organizations navigate strategic growth initiatives, operational restructuring, and multi-million-dollar business mergers, bringing a proven track record of sound judgment and disciplined execution to complex operations.
Over 40 years in senior leadership roles, developing exploration strategies & advancing significant projects in precious, base and critical minerals across North America. Bill is a Qualified Person under Canadian NI 43-101 and the Australian JORC Code. He has over 15 years of experience working at the Horse Heaven Project.
Eric has over 30 years experience in providing Idaho-based permitting services in the Western USA, working for major mining companies such as Noranda, Kaiser Steel, Newmont, USMX, & Coeur d’Alene Mines.
Austin brings over 15 years experience in geology, development & environmental science to the team.
Austin served as Senior Resource Geologist, in Perpetua’s Stibnite Project for 12 years as it grew from $50m to a $2Bn company. He has worked on Horse Heaven since 2022.
David Hembree is leading RML’s tungsten exploration and development activities, leveraging 45 years of geological experience and his firsthand knowledge of the Golden Gate Tungsten Mine, where he served for many years as Mine Geologist prior to its closure
Stephen Promnitz has considerable technical and commercial experience in Argentina; and is a geologist with a history of exploring, funding and developing projects. He developed Lake Resources Ltd (ASX: LKE) from a $1 million market cap explorer into a $3 billion critical metals company through Lake’s Kachi Lithium Project. He brings extensive U.S. and international institutional investor networks, as well as a strong following within the broader mining investment community.
